You never know what's lurking in your woods.
this first pic I thought was a coyote, but you can see a red collar
Then his buddy came and joined
Must be some distant neighbors dogs.
Now for the night shots
Mr or Mrs Coyote
And an opossum for clean up. Far right corner

Neat pics! Is this one of those motion activated cameras that are sold for deer stand scouting? Wouldn't I love to see all the critters poking noses around my barn!

Wow, very nice pictures.
I may have to work on getting some of mines too. I haven't had any of my poultry taken at the farm yet, but my neighbors poultry get taken all the time.

This time of the year. It's the hardest time for poultry.
Due to many reasons. First, winter itself with the cold weather can kill all sick or old birds. Even healthy birds cant escape the cold unless there is some sort of heat for them.
Predators will be on the look out for poultry, since their usuall prey such as birds, ducks and rodents won't be out.
Watch out for mices, rats, minks, etc. They'll be on the lookout for easy prey such as your chickens. Especially if you have them cooped up with no where to run.
